Bravery is described as “courageous behaviour or character” and I truly believe that identifying a need for change and seeking out the support to do so is an act of bravery. As a therapist, I strive to develop genuine and non-judgemental therapeutic relationships. I practice from a holistic perspective using evidence-based approaches to provide my clients with the tools necessary to create meaningful change, improved emotional health and resiliency.

My areas of specialization include childhood and relational trauma, attachment and parenting support, child and adolescent behavioral challenges, post-partum support, self-esteem and anxiety.

I draw from modalities such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Attachment based models.

I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s Degree and have been working in the mental health field since 2005. I am passionate about normalizing mental health and believe that we are all capable of healing, growth and change.
