Finding our authentic selves sometimes requires us to let go of what we have been told, what we have been doing, and who we believe we must become. Gently pushing against the norms to embrace ourselves just as we are can be a meaningful, healing journey and one I would be privileged to accompany you on. As a therapist, I strive to create a safe space where clients can feel heard while having room to be curious. I am a registered Social Worker with a Masters's in Clinical Social Work. I draw on various evidence-based therapy modalities in my practice, including; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Mindfulness Based-Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Attachment-Based Models. My areas of therapeutic interest include; stress/life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, interpersonal difficulties, and trauma.
