AMBER BRODZIAK
MSW RSW

I have always been fascinated by how people live their lives and interact with others. My belief is that previous experiences and relationships have shaped how we live our lives, and sometimes that works out easily, and other times that’s very difficult for us.

I believe in offering my honest self, in a supportive and caring way. I am honoured to be invited to hear your story to help create positive change. I truly care for all my clients and work hard to help you feel
better.

It is most important to me that those seeking therapy feel safe, heard, and understood. Finding the right therapist is important and vital to the counselling process. Being vulnerable is not easy and having a therapist that is non-judgemental and open is absolutely necessary.

My goal is to help you find what the root of the issue is. I specialize in working through relational and childhood trauma, attachment and relationship difficulties, anxiety, parenting and family conflict, boundary
difficulties and self-esteem. The modalities I use are Gottman Method (for couples), Attachment-Based models, CBT, and DBT primarily.

I work with individuals, couples, and families around various difficulties and issues. I have a Master's degree in Social Work and am Registered in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario. I absolutely love what I do, and have practiced in the field of counselling and mental health for almost 18 years. I am extremely committed and passionate about this work, and dedicated to helping you in any way I can.
