As a therapist, it is an honour and a privilege to be invited into a fellow human’s journey as they navigate the complexities of this world. I believe that creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust and connection, where one feels truly safe, is such an important part of this work. By fostering self-awareness, tapping into our most authentic selves, discovering tools, and building resilience, we create opportunities for sustainable change to move through life with more ease and meaning.

Through integrative practices, I emphasize a client-centered and holistic approach to health and wellness. I aim to see the whole person and understand the whole system. My treatment approach is highly relational, collaborative, and I value ongoing feedback from my clients. Utilizing evidence-based modalities, my approach draws from Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I am a Registered Psychologist and have been working in the addiction & mental health and counselling field for over 10 years.  My areas of specialization include stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, child or adolescent behavioural issues, and parenting or family relationship difficulties.
