Through integrative practices, I emphasize a client-centered and holistic approach to health and wellness. I aim to see the whole person and understand the whole system. My treatment approach is highly relational, collaborative, and I value ongoing feedback from my clients. Utilizing evidence-based modalities, my approach draws from Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
I am a Registered Psychologist and have been working in the addiction & mental health and counselling field for over 10 years. My areas of specialization include stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, child or adolescent behavioural issues, and parenting or family relationship difficulties.
